The overall experience was good, I highly recommend it; the staff was great, efficient, and the place was quite clean, plus its location near the Bouffay area was perfect for walking around.

The room we booked was spacious and had been recently renovated, equipped with air conditioning, and a bathroom with a shower, making our stay very pleasant.

Perfect location in city center, nonstop reception, availability of coffee, tea and occasional pastries, nice bathroom, friendly staff.

Felt like being home, no complaint.

The air contiditioning was not working at all in the hotel, althoug outside we had around 25/28 c, and my room (located at the last floor) was really warm. No fridge in the room.

The hotel is overrated probably due to its location. Breakfast is poor (no decaf, no hard eggs nor any eggs, etc.) and limited, the rooms are small and the beds are nor really twin, i.e. 39 inches. At a certain time we were out of hot water and the safe deposit box is downstairs in a rolling sort of thin armoire, kept at the bar.

Nothing much, I think it is not up to par with the rest of your 3 star hotels. You should check them. Much of the staff, excepting two ladies, were not friendly at all.

The place was clean and practical with air conditioning.

There was nothing I didn't like.

It is 100 yards from the airport bus stop and within walkable distance from the shops (both designer and high street), restaurants and most major sights. Despite negative reviews I have read about noise, breakfast etc., we experienced none of that. Staff were helpful, hotel was clean and our room on the 7th floor overlooked the rooftops and cathedral spires of Nantes. What more can one ask for?

Situation, close to the tram and the city centre.

Poor soundproofing: noise from outside made it hard to sleep well. Limited choice for breakfast. Overpriced for an IBIS.

Our stay in the centre of town was wonderful. Tram connections close to the hotel ensured we easily reached all the must-see sights. Our room was large, airy, and well-equipped with a hot shower and comfortable bed. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious pastries and fresh orange juice. Plus, the lovely view of the picturesque floral park made our mornings even better.

We missed having access to drinking water in the room, and had to venture out to refill bottles.

Location is perfect for experiencing Nantes.

The price of the room was too much compared to the comfort and quality of the hotel. The rooms were a bit noisy and the breakfast was not worth 10 Euros.

Spacious room and en-suite bathroom, TV with standard channels + normally paying channels like Canal+ available for free, free good quality WIFI, good breakfast facilities, friendliness of staff, very quiet room: double-glazing filtered noises from outside and almost no sound from adjoining rooms.
